This full document is intended for any individual or group that purchases a service from Swight Cloud (https://swight.cloud). Throughout this document, 'we', 'us', and 'Swight Cloud' refer to the company, while 'you', 'your', and 'the user' refer to the client purchasing services. If the user is under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for any actions or purchases made.

Important Security Notice

Swight Cloud staff will never ask for your password. The only information we may request would be related to your account or service if you are requesting help (such as a transfer, cancellation, or issue affecting your files). All communication should occur only via a support ticket on our official Discord server or our billing platform. Never trust requests made in DMs or public chat.

1. ACCOUNT

a. Your account must include your real first and last name in our billing system for legal and security reasons, and so we can properly assist you if needed. This is also required to comply with FTC regulations (Section 312.4(d)). Failure to provide accurate details may put your account at risk.

b. Swight Cloud is not responsible if you share your account or personal information with third parties. In such cases, we will only investigate ownership based on the original billing records and associated PayPal or Stripe email.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create an account with Swight Cloud Hosting, you agree to provide and allow us to collect the following information:

  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Billing Address
  • Telephone Number

We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Swight Cloud only uses your information internally. No third-party access is allowed. All staff members are bound by NDA and are prohibited from accessing or modifying any client data without permission.

Client billing data (billing.swight.cloud) is protected using industry-standard PCI-compliant payment gateways.

4. WHAT A STAFF MEMBER MAY ASK FOR

Swight Cloud support may request verification of the following information if a task involves sensitive account changes or file access:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Billing Address
  • Telephone Number

This will only happen within a verified ticket or official email, and never via:

Never Through These Channels

• Personal Discord calls
• Private Messages (DMs)
• Public Discord channels
• Any third-party platforms

5. SERVICE PRIVACY

a. Swight Cloud staff will not access, move, copy, or delete your files without your explicit permission.

b. In cases of suspicious or malicious behavior, Swight Cloud may inspect your service for safety. We may either retain a copy or delete malicious files without consent, but only to protect the broader network.

c. All services are hosted on secure infrastructure. Daily backups are maintained, but will only be restored if Swight Cloud is at fault. Backups are retained on secure internal systems (max 3 machines), accessible only by senior system staff.
